Physical Items Returns Policy


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at christin@calmbusiness.solutions with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with return address details, as they vary by manufacturer.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


Services Returns Policy


We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of any kind for services. That being said, satisfaction is our # 1 priority and we want you to be happy. Please keep us informed of any concerns you have and we will ensure course correction before it ever comes to a point where a refund would be requested.
